I have an avaya guestworks and for some reason the cordless will not ring in night service?
I have the Ext to this phone programmed in the "change listed directory number" page.
This is the same way we have all of them setup so not sure what I could be missing.

Ok I just noticed that their is an Ext of 1000 proramming in the console parameters page but it can't be changed. ext 1000 is a side phone where dial 0 calls are ringing to in night service. Where do I go to change this?
