I took apart a Partner 18D Euro phone to fix a keypad issue & the spring for the hookswitch popped off & I cannot figure out how it goes on. Does anyone have a pic or drawing on the hookswitch & spring that they could post or send me?

Thanks in advance.

These are full size for detail, so I'll just post the links

If you find that you have to pull up on the hookswitch plunger before it will connect, get some Moleskin from the foot care department at the drug store, and put a small piece on the end of the switch hook that presses the rubber button on the circuit board. The adhesive is really strong, so it won't eventually fall off, and the thickness is exactly what you need to make it work. A lot easier then trying to put more oomph into the spring, as I used to do.

That did the trick. A thousand thanks my friend! May your flowers always have water!

Great tip about the Moleskin. I usually play with the spring or even heat the arm on the lever and bend it slightly and that's a big PITA.
