Have a customer with all volunteer board members. They would like to get messages at this location rather then at their home or cell phone. There are 15-20 board members, none have a office at this location. I guess i would need ghost mail boxes with notification ability ? Any suggestions ?
Thanks already gary s

Partner Messaging will do that for them.

Outcalling requires Partner Messaging or Partner Mail VS. Partner Voice Messaging doesn't have that.

Pick out extension numbers for them. Partner Messaging and Partner Mail VS can go up to 57, Partner Voice Messaging to 49.

Enable Auto VMS Coverage and assign mailboxes.

Make sure the AA's selector codes can dial the extension range selected.

Do i recall that some revisions will not work correctly with some processors ?

There is/was an issue combining a Partner Mail VS with an R7 or R8 processor.

The problem involved the DND feature. Outside of that, the PMVS voicemails should be ok.

Avaya released a patch for the PMVS R5 to resolve the issue, but did not issue patches for older versions.

But, at this stage of the game, the Avaya Partner Messaging is the voicemail of choice.
