I have a customer that has a merlin magix system that was installed used for them 8 years ago. The tech that installed it is long gone and we are in a remote area along way from any Avaya dealers so they have asked me to help them.They have the CD with the documentation and the SPM software but after reading it i cant find even the default passwords for accessing the system and the SPM software. I know that this forum does not give out passwords so what are the options for programming access.They want to add an 024 digital station card so i do believe that we will need SPM access to accomplish that.

Jeff, you can do the programming from the main console

And adding a 024 TDL shouldn't be much of a problem if there is an open slot at the end of the furthest carrier to the right (if the system contains more than one).

If you are connecting via the serial port, you don't need a password. If WinSPM itself has a password, re-install or find it in the .ini file.
