Good morning:
Traveling 1.5 hours to a potential new client today. They couldn't tell me whether they had a Card or cartridge voicemail system. I haven't had to reset an administrator password probably since they were called AT&T Partner systems (smile).

Any assistance in this regard would be helpful.

You are going to have to find out what messaging system they have. I can tell you that you don't have to go there to reset the password.
