Is it just me or do the shoretel cert exams seem unusually difficult?
D
I recently took the 3200 exam and was not impressed. The questions were pretty poorly worded and used terms that are contrary to what is used in the actual training materials. Difficult isnt the correct assessment to me. Misleading would be more accurate in my opinion. Asking difficult questions is ok but referring to a feature or piece of configuration info in the exam by a different term than what it is actually called to trip up the exam taker is a different story altogether.
This has been a problem with Shoretel tests for a while. If I understand correctly, the people that write the materials and the people that write the tests are different groups. Hence the discrepancies. It is frustrating.
I actually had a very hard time with the test, I thought I had the material down but fell flat on my face getting some of the answers.
I do have a tip for taking the test if you PM me.
passed the 13.0 3210, I have to take the 3200 13.0 still though. Hoping to get it done Monday.

Nice job. I am going to do the 3210 here pretty soon.
Some of the test questions have been changed in the last couple of weeks. Questions the 2nd time I took the test were a little easier and worded more clearly.
Took the 3200 U for 13.0 today... that presentation video was horrible. The last 45 minutes of the presentation the video was out of sync with the audio... GGGrrrrr.

LOL I thought it was some sort of lag issue with me...
Glad I ma not alone with that

IThe video really was bad. I had to download the PDF and read along to get through it. I actually wanted to learn about the SIP changes along with passing the test.
Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has practise questions for this exam? I've got the exam tomorrow and searched all over the net and none to be found.
Cheers,
Mike
