I am working with vvx250 sets.
The issue im having is when i try to transfer an outside call to another extension if i transfer the call by pressing a programed extension on a button it works fine.
But if i try to transfer a call by dialing ext 102 the call fails .
What am i missing?????

Is there a transfer sequence supposed to be stored under the transfer button?

i dont see anywhere in the phone to input any data,its just its a pain to transfer a call you have to go in the phone directory and select other extension.
There has to be a way to transfer a call by using the dial pad.i'm stumped on this one and need this feature

OMG just figured it out under the digitmap i deleted the string of characters in there the the dial pad controls the digits.
Kinda new at this voip stuff,i sure do miss Nortel
