Has anyone rang a DID entry to station hunt group? Guys supposedly did this Friday but report only Operator station rings..Everything else works well.

I have. You can ring to station hunt group, net number, ccr, mailbox number. If it rings to operator it is being intercepted due to no answer. Maybe the group isn't programmed correctly. Make sure the pickup option is turned on.

According to tech support...the pickup option does not have to be on.
