Call comes in and hits auto attendant. Caller presses desired digit. If set is idle it will ring 4 times and go to proper mail box. If the station is busy the auto attendant transfers then says..."That extension is currently busy..try again."

What gives? :shrug:

You have to enable did call waiting for the call to ring while the station is busy or the user has to busy/fwd to voice mail.
