We are bench-testing an SBX that will be installed later this week and came across one issue that we can't figure out.

When a caller comes in via auto attendant and tries to call a station that is busy, the call goes to voice mail. Is there a way to remove this so that the station can ring and only forward to voice mail if not answered?

Turn on DID Call Wait on STA Attrib 3 or 4, can't remember which at the moment.

EDIT: STA Attrib 4, right side

Ed. Just a word of advice. Put a hat on. It will help to keep you from pulling your hair out on the first few that you do! :rofl:

Yea, not only wear it, glue it to your head. One of those hats with the built in led lights is good.
