We are bench-testing an SBX that will be installed later this week and came across one issue that we can't figure out.
When a caller comes in via auto attendant and tries to call a station that is busy, the call goes to voice mail. Is there a way to remove this so that the station can ring and only forward to voice mail if not answered?
