First MBX. I took the class in December 2010. My SBX and STS phones come up fine but not the 700 or the triad. LCD screen says REG. DENIED. I can't find anywhere in the manuals how to change this and my notes from class do not reflect any problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The system needs a free software activation key. You need to get it from inside sales at Vertical.

Thanks Derrick. I chased down every piece of paper work and notes I could find. I went to the FTP website and finally gave in an called Vertical. I unlocked it via maint. Why I had to and why they seem to have no documentation only the Vertical Gods know. lol
