have an sbx system. option 4 off auto attd goes to virtual mbx 200. mailbox 200 plays greeting then after greeting does the park and page feature.

the park and page feature is disabled on all phones.

It has to be disabled for the virtual mailbox itself...the problem is, if you are programming with the wrong version of pc admin, the park and page feature field is not visible, and worse yet, when you access virtual mailbox programming with admin, it turns on park and page for all boxes, even when you don't want it on. So make sure you have the latest version of pc admin, access the virtual mailbox menu and you should see the option and be able to disable it.
