I formerly did installs and maintenance on the legacy vodavi systems but now have been contacted by someone to do programming on a Vertical SBX IP 320. In looking at the various manuals, what I am gathering I should do for setting up the lines to ring to an auto attendant after hours is; first set the co lines ring assignments to go to voice message in pgm 144 for the night field and lunch field, then set the greeting for 00? Along with this, go to pgm 165 and select Attn Msg box and show annc 00? then I would need to record the greeting 00? If this is correct, when the caller is listening to the greeting, how do I set up the key strokes in the VMIB to allow the customer to select either the extension, or press an option to go directly to a voicemail box? Also, If I have left out any steps, please advise. Thanks in advance for assistance.
There's a couple of things about the sbx that are different than the vodavis of old. After you sort it out, it's not bad. I would suggest going to the ftp website and digging around in tech documents. After that you will have better grasp. Good luck.

PGM 144 rings a message announce only, but not a CCR. Ringing to a CCR is done using DISA programming PGM 140.

System CCR table and key stroke destination is set up in pgm 228
