When entering a station name using TRANS/PGM + 74 from the phone itself, I recall that there was a way to enter a name in both upper and lowercase letters. To enter upper case, you just dial the character code (like 61 = "M"), but there is a way to enter a prefix or a suffix before the character code and it would make it a lowercase letter. It's not documented either, I learned it directly from a technician and promptly forgot it.

Does anyone recall how to enter lowercase characters in the station name on the SBX IP 320?
*61=m?
Don't know if you ever got an answer...I just looked it up, on page " D-50" of the manual....M=61. correct

I'm Thinking ..the only way you can get lower case is by using the PCAdmin GUI ...
Star (*) key plus 61 should be lower case m
