Getting ready to record all our AA greetings for our first Summit install. From what I've read you can only record from the system attendant.
I see a system administrator setting in individual station mailboxes what is that for? It is a fairly large system with 7 different departments so just having one phone to record AA greetings will not be good.

setting a box for admin allows that box to have the same admin functions as the attendant as far as voice mail is concerned.
