i have always used program 114- co stations attributes l for co line presets for auto attendant to answer the calls. i am trying to set up a sbx ksu and it doesnt show co line presets in program 141. im guessing it is an early one. does anyone have an answer on where to find co line presets. thanks. dave

I've checked a few that we have here and all of them use buttons 13, 14 and 15 for CO preset forwarding features under PGM 141. I don't remember that feature NOT being there. PGM 114 only applies to station programming.

yeah me too. and when you check program 141 on the phone it only says to use flex buttons 1 to 11. anything after 12 gets busy signal. never seen anything like it.
