Hello everyone. Maybe someone can point me to a solution. This morning I was mapping out each port on the phone system by connecting a headset phone to each jack and giving me the extension number. During that process the reception at station 110, her DSS quit working (no lights, no button working). I'm not sure if it is related to me unplugging and re-plugging in that made it stopped.

The only thing I did was pull out one socket at a time and re-plugging it in. I made sure I didn't criss cross any wire and leave anything unplugged.

At any rate, do I need to reboot the machine? Any help is appreciated.
I finally tracked down the DSS cable and it is connected to a port. When I plugged in the headset phone and re=insert it, it cleared the flex program in PGM 115. I had to also go to PGM 110 and put in the station type to DSS2 so I can input station number in PGM 115.

I'll have to remember that next time not to unplug that port.

I'm glad this happen so I know what to do next time. THanks.
Can someone tell me how to program one of the flex button so when the reception gets a call, she can transfer it into the ACD pool.
