i am trying to get privacy off the system. i used pgm 111 and removed privacy and program 161 and removed privacy but when on a line and another extension pushes the line they get a busy tone. any ideas on this one. i tried everything i could think of including calling vertical. thanks. dave

its a summit 80 with 2.0 software.

i found my answer. there is an override feature for each phone and it needs to be set on for no privacy to work.
