need help with one extension thats acting up
the phone jack has no dial tone but sometimes i can hear some static noise i guess its data noise.

also the ext shows locked on the superconsole 1000


can someone help

if it is locked out and you have no dial tone-and just static- it is most likley a wiring problem. crossed line at jack maybe or in thee inside wiring somewhere
