We recently had our Superconsole 1000 replaced due to a hardware failure. The ringer has changed with the new console. Incoming calls now RING, RING, RING, RING, etc. The other console would RING, RING, pause... RING, RING, pause... RING, RING and so on.

Is there a way to change this on our replacement Superconsole 1000?

Our main phone system is a Mitel 3300.

Can't speak for the 3300, but on all other systems, all memory related to the console is in the system, not in the console itself.

i agree the console can only adjust the ringer on or off and volume up or down.
