I am having a problem logging into express messenger voicemail , I keep getting a comunications error I think it is error 20 or 21 and I cannot connect to the voicemail I am using rev 4 of the express software and the vm is running 4.0.5 rev.

for everyone that has this problem it appears to be the setup of the null modem as i discovered .
