Can somebody tell me what version IMAT software I need for a PRI card version 6.3.1.8?

Mitel docs say 6.2.1.17 is the imat version, but I would recommend updating the card to the newest release. and upgrade system software. The latest versions for the 200EL are Pri:8.2.1.5 Imat:7.5.1.2 ans system 46.0.1

What Model Mitel ? I assume the 6.3.1.8 is the firmware load . Let us know we need a little more info . Thanks Never mind , no need to reply to my post .

I asumed he was talking about a 200EL since he said card and not ISDN Gateway/Node which had the 6.3.1.18 release and the stated imat was 6.2.1.17a

Not a problem Mitel has released so many IMAT versions it's hard to keep track of which system needs what . We have just removed our last Gateway Node due to Clock Sync sources showing as unavailable . They don't support it on the SX2000 anymore . We use either the MC270AA or NSU now .

I guess that some older 2000 pri cards also ran this version, but since with the connectivity hastles with most newer computers and os's to keep anything at that level is crazy. I have an EL customer who just replaced his version 4 Node with a card. He knew it wasn't a supported config, but since it still worked he ran it for a couple of years and still has it as a backup. LOL If it ain't broke don't fix it.
