I have an sx-200 with 4025/4150 phones

if you call to an extension, and leave a message the message waiting light does not come on.
when you press messaging it says "You have no messages" but if you dial your express messaging number it will tell you, you have a message and you can listen to it that way.

- building had a power outage not to long ago
- should I suspect the messaging card itself?
- there were several phones in the building that have/had the light flashing (since the problem started), I have tried to individualy erase them by pressing message key then 'erase all' messages from them.

- I have yet to try and press #1 (erase start new)in the express msgr admin box.

Do you have a system alarm present ?

Is the "Send Message" code programmed into the voice mail system? Does it match the code in form #2?
If all of the features of the voice mail are working, except the "Messaging" feature, there's probably nothing wrong with the voice mail, it's just not matching the settings in the PBX.
