Interesting situation at a hotel on new install. The guest rooms here do not utilize VM and the incoming calls are processed by a viking auto attnedant. When the calls ring to rooms after four rings they are going to the voice mail and it has been verified that no forwarding is in place on these extensions. As an adjunct piece of info the GMs IP phone is going directly to Voice Mail without ringing the ext and the forwarding there is set to busy/no answer. Any suggestions?

I'd guess that:
A.) Form 19 has a default B/NA assigned, and
B.) The GM's phone is DND from the superkey.
you're right had the B/NAA assigned but the GM's phone was not in DND. The forwarding on that was just screwed up which I discovered when I walked prop through it again. I had been mislead on the state of forwarding by someone.
