The system is configured at night to direct incoming calls to a SS420 station that has Call Forwarding No Answer to transfer the call to a analog voice mail station.

Everything works OK if you call the nigt answer station from within the system or transfer the call from the console while in the Day Mode.

Why won't calls directed to the station while in the Night Mode not transfer (They did before)!

Thanks

Any help on this issue will be greatly received.

What does happen?
Does the 420 set ring when you're in night service?

And what happened to the system between "They did before" and now they don't? Some upgrade/program change? John C.

XCheck out reg.5, field b. has to be 0. Fields c,d,e has to represent port number of a SS420 w/CFNA.

In Day Mode when the Atnd transfers Trk call to ext 201, with Call Fowarding NA enabled the phone rings for 20sec and then fowards the call to ext 398, and the Auto Attendant answers the call.

In Night Mode when the system transfers the call to ext 201, with Call Fowarding NA enabled the phone rings, but never forwards the call.

Thanks
