welcome to the Board, Bear.

Please unlock your capitals. It is the equivalent of yelling at us.

Telco not guilty? Right, and the check is in the mail  . Your DIDs coming up busy at times as well? T-1 been checked for timing slip?

I'm no expert on Mitel or T-1s but you will find a common problem at a common point....the T-1.

My $.02.

Analog or digital? And as KLD said, 'Telco, Telco, Telco!' KLD, I couldn't sleep, what's your excuse!? John C. (Not Garand)

Does the circuit descriptor you're using reference a disconnect timer?
Incease it and see if the problem goes away.

has to be digital. Anyway go into maitnenace then SHOW, STATUS, BAY-SLOT-CCT and go to the first channel on the T-1. You can then take a closer look at that circuit. If it is an EL running of a T-1 module on the BCC card then you could be set up for AMI instead of ESF (or vice versa) also if it's not and you are getting B8ZS instead of D4 from Lec then it could be causing exactly what you are talking about.
