Have been a lurker here for a while...
Interested in hearing from someone for support, or a support contract.
Automotive Dealership with 2 locations.
Have Pac-West installed SX200's in both locations.
70 phones on one system.
30 phones on another.
4-digit dialing between locations.
Has been a lease upto this point.
Have $1.00 buy out option, but would need to find someone local for support. We would like to stop paying the lease....
We would like to do moves and changes ourselves.
Support would be for advanced programming and "issues", and response time would be important.
Interested in having someone come look and tell us exactly what we have, and what our options are.
Would also listen to information regarding integrating the ICP system into what we have now, if possible, and what it would bring.
Have some forklift quotes for VOIP systems, but....
TIA,
Dennis
AND...
voicemail is hosted off-site, so we would like to find out about adding it to our existing.
You say you have two SX200s - what kind of 200s? Digital, Light, El/ML? It's tough to answer any questions without that info. Do you know how the two are tied together (T1?)
SX200 digitals. (Subject Line..)
There is a T1 into each location.
The locations are 500~ish feet apart.
I have 4 strands of fibre between the locations.
I don't "think" I have copper, but I just noticed a tag from pac west on my punchdown block that says "spare PBX tie to XXXXXX (other store...)", so maybe I do...
The fiber is currently only carrying data between the 2 locations.
Actually, I don't know how to tell you if it's an EL/ML.
Would P/N's off the cards help?
Thanks!
Not really - what do the cabinets look like?
EMail sent.
We have offices in Pa. and Cali!!
Main store has 2 single bay units. They say DDTS in the upper left hand corner.
Other store has a single unit.
Looking for email.....
well I am at a loss. If Mitel it should say SX200 somewhere on the front
Looks like this:
www.telesystel.com/sx200ml.jpg
That could be the EL, or the ML.
The ONLY difference is the main control card in cabinet #1, slot 12.
Get in touch with us (check your email) and we'll get someone out there ASAP!
