Has anyone ever done an FTP upgrade to add additional language on the 200 ICP? I go through the whole process and choose the language and can get the thing to go through the whole upgrade, but when it tries to grab the language files it says "access denied" . FYI I the moss enables bilingual so that is not the problem.

I've done it a few times using the flash card on site, with no real problems.
Which level of software are you using/uploading?

like I said it's weird because the backup will do fine until it tries to grab the Spanish files and it says access denied. Oddly enough when you load the software into a directory the English and Spanish files are in their own subdirectories (folders) but I tried copying all the files out of the Spanish folder to the directory I had set up as "Home" directory in my server and that didn't make any difference.

Is there already a different language in there?
