Hi,

My boss wants to move an old LX controller we have that used to be part of a cluster to a new site which is not connected to our existing network, he also wants to move our ACD along with it - I have 2 questions:
The LX is still configured as a cluster member and has Bandwidth managment as well as Form Syncronisation - would it be best to rebuild the controller from default or to just change the necessary bits and pieces?
Secondly would I be right in thinking that moving the ACD is going to basically mean rebuilding teh ACD from scratch? Its only a small ACD of 6 lines and 10 agents, with 1 agent group....

Thanks for any advise!

Phil

My choice would be to do a Boot_Install to default it. Then reprogram. You may want ot export and import stuff like feature acces codes and class of service, etc to get it done faster. Are the acd licenses on this controller? and or can they be moved if needed?
