Hello all,
Forgive my ignorance as this is the first time I am working with the Mitel 3300.

I have an extension that is able to forward voice mails to email and that works perfectly fine. I then tried to update a different extension to forward to email, and those emails are never sent. The voicemail remains in the mailbox...etc.

I've compared both the voicemail configuration and user configuration and they are setup "exactly" the same save the extension number...

What am I doing wrong?

Your last message says it all - it looks like you have the email address wrong/typoed in the vm screen.
Thanks orion. I initially thought that too. Ends up if the "name" on the phone has a space in the last name it does not send the email correctly.
