How do you program a ONS port to dial 9 to get an outside line? Or at least just go off hook to be able to dial out without dialing 9.

The SX-2000 does not have the feature like the SX-200 does so to get that to work you have to figure out what numbers the port is needing to dial and program ARS for those digits. I don't know what you have on this port but this usually comes up with faxes and credit card lines.

Is the port dialing the same number, or does it need access to different numbers?

If your looking for a direct to ARS feature (I.E. 9 Less dialing ) it will not work on the 3300, if you want the station do dial a specific number when it goes off hook you can do that thru the associated directory form

Yea I was trying to just put 9 in the associated directory. But it just laughs and says no way. I don't know what equipment they are hooking to it, but for some reason it can't dial 9. I'll have to check to see how many numbers it needs to dial.

Thanks for the help guys!!
