Off the top of my head it looks like database corruption, Follow the documentation to run software diagnostics. You may have to reload the software and restore the database. You also may want to change your Program Scheduled Reboot time and dates

What you have posted shows when it is rebooting but have you checked the maintenance and software logs for around that time to see what they might tell you?

Hi, Alex

I dont think it's database corruption, because that Mxe can work without any problems in my lab. It's only restart in that customer site. Are there any other ideas? Thx.

It looks like some sort of corruption. In the lab, do you use the same database? If it is only on the customer site, then it is environmental.

Electrical, add, remove / replace a UPS. Is there any heavy machinery nearby? What type of business is it? Use a power monitor recorder.

Temperature, is the room conditioned? Does the air conditioning get turned off at night or on the weekend?

Check the other logs like Steve suggested. Mitel Tech support can help decipher the logs.

Check FTP settings. If I remember correctly if it is pointing at an FTP server and it does not find it. It will keep rebooting.
