Help with Mitel sx 50,I am trying to convert ground start phone lines from AT&T to regular phone line( like home lines),because they are cheaper

Command 501-580 register 2 g= 0, is this the only changes I need to do or is there more commands

Thanking you
Neal

That's it. Keep in mind that various problems typically associated with loop start lines on PBX's will probably rear their ugly heads! frown

Make sure: 1 g is set to 0. 2 c & d are set to 0. f is set to 1. 5 c 0 unless customer absolutely MUST have trunk conferencing.

If you're lucky, that will take care of problems. If you go to Vonage, M/J or other SIP type trunks, then you've smacked a whole new hornets nest!!!

Oh, and welcome ,John C

The loop start worked, made a call hangup, but the truck would not disconnect, even with forced command *20, than I change the wire polarity and it works.

Thank you
