Thank you in advance guys. I have encountered a problem where as we have a PRI in place and all call processing is successful (inbound/outbound/routing/forwarding, etc). We added some analog trunks to the AMB for another tenant. All works vice the outbound calling. I can not place outbound calls from this tenant via the CO Trunks. Inbound is fine. Any ideas on the hang-up? FYI "Access Denied" is displayed after dialing "9+#".

Do you have the analog trunks assigned to the second tenant.

How are you restricting access to the trunks for each tenant?

Yes they are assigned to the second tenant. I am utilizing COR to keep tenant 1 from utlizing tenant 2's resources (COR 2 for stations and COR 3 for Analog Trunks).

If you have double checked the COR for the route to the analog trunks and that is correct then you could check programming for the route trunk group an then Interconnect Restrictions for both.

COR is correct. Interconnect is the same for tennant two resources (trunks and stations).

Check your Public trunk options in the COS of the CO trunks and stations, Not sure on CO trunks but if you dont turn on Public Network VIA DPNSS you can not call out on Digital Trunks
