I have an innovation Innline 20/20 I want to be able to set a wake up call within a guest room.

I have the Guest Services menus setup and you can dial the hunt group to check your messages and hit star to get into the guest service menus and set the wake up call.

I am having trouble in the mitel though. I want to set a speed code. I have had no success. I was wondering if anyone had an Idea? The hunt group is 77.

Assuming you have COV or DNI integration to the voicemail system
"77*9*9**". *9 equals a one second pause, ** equals the DTMF digit *

If you are trying to set the wakeup through the voice mail boxes it will depend on the integration with the Innline. If it is ONS then you are out of luck because I think the only way to accomplish that is to be able to program the ports on a DNIC card as sub-attendants.

It is DNIC integration. 77*9*9** did not work. It should work but it does not. I have tried many combos...i have tried 77*9*9*6** and that doesn't work either. Could it not be getting the DTMF?

no that couldn't be it either because my other Speed dials are working. Ah well back to the manual.

In the COS of the voicemail ports, enable #261 so the pbx will send dtmf digits to the voicemail. Since you're uisng DNI integration, you shouldn't need to use '*6', since the vmail aready get the station info through the dni ports.

Fifty5footer,
Enabling Option 261 in the Voice Mail COS did not fix the issues.

Option 261: enabled
For 31 is programmed like so 77*9*9**
Mailbox is checked in.

the option to hit star is there to set the wake up.

Try taking out a *9. You might be pausing too long.

You have to assign a station in the PBX and match that station with the AGS menu key MB or translate it in the port type in the innline. The AGS menu key MB is seperate but linked to the other AGS menu boxes

AKroger,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I do have the AGS Menu Default associated with the Mailbox for every extension. Then inside the AGS menu I have the set wake up call option added to the default AGS menu.

I have tried taking out the *9 and just putting 77** and that didn't work either.

I wonder it its the Mitel or The Innline?

What ever station you have in pbx lets say x 1234 forwarded always to VM - 1234 is a AGS function MB Or translate the MB in port types in the " other" in the innovations. Give it Speed dial AGS key 1.
Then program your KEY 1 in the Guest service Menues Menu #1 Key #1 to set/clear wake up calls.

This is how we set them up

I have the Guest Mailbox set to "default" for the service class.

Then in the Default Service Class I Have "AGS Menu" I have Menu 1 selected.

Then in Guest Service Menu 1 I have "Clear/Set Wake up as option 1.

Speed dial (Huntgroup)*9*9*9*9**1

and I just get you have no messages.

if i manually hit * I get the AGS menu and can set my wake up.

so then I just tried (Hunt)*9*9*9*9** and still fail.

I'm stumped.

OK did you program the AGS function MB ? that is located in the " other " tab - the confusing this is there are 2 AGS places in the system. in the "other " and in Guest service class.

The AGS Function MB is linked to the AGS keys in the guest service class

programmed and working created ags menu in other then put set clear wake ups in speed dials on the guest service menus then created a phantom ext that always forwards to vm then created my speed dial to that ext and it works now thanks kroger
