Something is causing lock ups.
Resetting the system or cards is not fixing anything, and can lead to more problems.
You will need an experienced Mitel technician to diagnose and repair the problem.
I am sure you can find one in your area from this site.
Good Luck!

Agreed. A technician needs to read the alarms and the logs to see what component is failing. You might be able to get a clue from the display on the console, but in general you need a tech.

Thanks telephoneguy & mr tech. In console it's showing major alarm. I think it was not there before .

One reason you have a major alarm is that you removed one of the modules. Depending on how the alarm thresholds were set, that will trigger a major or minor alarm.

Removing modules without knowing what you are doing can cause major damage to the system or could lead to a total system failure. For you own sake, call a Mitel technician.

JAY2002, ALL YOU ARE DOING IS PUTTING OFF THE INEVITABLE. Time to call a qualified technician. Tell him to have a spare ONS card and a spare LS/GS card with him.

A technician will need to fix it.

Fix your SMDR device. Printer, inn form xl, pms, whatever. The SMDR buffer is filling up and blocking calls because it has nowhere to store anymore call records. Deep level programming is required to alter this condition. Besides, you are LOSING CALL REVENUE! Call a qualified technician. (When you turn the system off, the SMDR buffer is dumped. That's why turning the system off and back on 'fixes' it.)

What you make back in call revenue should quickly pay for the services of a technician.
