Hello,

Forgive me if this has already been covered before, but I couldn't find a straight answer. My firm is currently using the Mitel SX-200 controllers to power our phone systems primarily comprising Superset 4025 and 4001 phones.

This morning our PRI card went dead. We were able to get a new PRI Card (Model 9109-615-001-NA) and replace it in the SX-200 cabinet. The card powers up and we can now receive phone calls.

However, when dialing out, it either dials the wrong number (i.e. when I call my cell phone, I don't get my number, but somebody else's) or I get a recording message that the call cannot be completed as dialed.

I have console access to the system via Hyperterminal and can login to the both the CDE and Maint. sections of the system. As others have suggested, I have looked at forms 22-26 and the leading digits for dialing 9 are in there, along with a series of Digits to be Analyzed listing from 011, 1900, 1N0X976, etc.

Any help anybody can provide would be greatly appreciated. Our firm is not far from closing down so we are trying to do everything we can to avoid an expensive service call.

Thanks,

Jeff
You have to program the card using the imat software. You want to make sure the card is at the highest compatible software version, so that it is programmable via ip instead of serial.
Hi John, that's what I was afraid of. We don't have the imat software, only our vendor does. I figured out how to access the system via the console on my own and have read enough to reprogram many things, but I guess I won't be able to change that then.

It's not that hard to change. It's best if you know the protocol of your current circuit
PM sent!
John, just wanted to thank you for a valliant effort to help us out yesterday. I'm happy to report that we are back up and running.

Also, I wanted to acknowledge how greatful I am for the help of fifty5footer (Fred) and all of them at Resale Systems. He was able to get us back up and running really quickly and we owe him a huge debt for that.

In my brief time dealing with our phone systems, I've never run into anybody or any company as nice and helpful as they have been with our Mitel Systems. They've shown us that is definitely possible to provide good service and support without worrying about just making a profit. I would highly recommend them and their services to anybody looking to support their current Mitel systems or purchase other Mitel equipment.

Our company will look to them for any further Mitel needs we have and I can't say enough about how pleased I am to have made contact with them.

-Jeff
Thanks for the kind words Jeff!
The check is in the mail!!
yep Fred's the Mitel man
Fred is great. Back in my Mitel days Resale Systems saved my bacon many times.
