"Critical alarm being raised upon detecting the following task suspended: RscDsp 0x2ba3040 at (date&time)." Also a tJaws 0x2ba6440. This was recently upgraded to 5.0.2.3, and seemed ok for about a month, now it's back. Sounds like a DSP module going bad, no?

Yes, there is a cooling fan on the left side. Excessive heat can cause premature card and/or hard drive failure.

Room is air conditioned, fan working fine (back of MX, not side). Hasn't crashed for 24 hrs now, so random, it comes in fits, then ok for weeks.

There are 2 fans in the power supply rear left and one chassis on the left 3/4 toward the front

System crashed 4 times on the 20th, and has been fine since. Any idea why it would be so random? It is on the company's network, but the network isn't crashing, just the controller.

Make sure the IP address for the 200 ICP is not in the DHCP sever allocated range.
