We have a Mitel 5000 in our company and recently upgraded to v5.0.4.73. Due to the upgrade we lost the ability to use Session Manager to program the system (We had version 3.0.xxx).

We are having a hard time to get a hold of our original phone installer. Can someone point me a direction to obtain the DB Programming software?

rolandli, you would probably get a better response if you would be a little more specific than 'USA' for your location.

How did you get your upgrade, same source can probably at least 'point' you in the right direction for upgraded Session Manager.

To do the upgrade properly you would have needed V5.X to convert the database and upload it onto the NEW 1 or 2 gig CF I highly doubt the 3.X version was anything higher than a 512 CF
Can not offer software but remote support if needed
