Hello -

I recently upgraded a customers system from a 200D to an EL - LW19.
They have 2 consoles at the front desk. I can not get both consoles to ring at the same time. The old 200D did it and I scoured the programming to see how it was programmed - no luck.
What do I need to look at to get both consoles ringing simultaneously?

do you have the same directory numbers in form 8 for both consoles?

you might also want to enable in the cos of the console/s COS Option 320 (Transparent Multi-Console Operation)

AHHH - Thank you very much Panda. I think I only programmed the LDN's for 1 Console.
I did enable COS option 320 but I did not access B/S/C for 2nd console in form 8.
