Have customer that just did a security lock down on all networked pcs and now the call history won't work since the voice is on a different network. Does anyone know what ports need to be forwarded on their end for it to work. TS said 5432 but it still won't work and I forwarded the ports that they told me on the 3300.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
