How can i get a console to alert when a wakeup is not answered in a room,, Thought I had the option turned on for Wakeup alarm for the COS of the console,, but doesn't alert them
The printer is not anywhere close to the front desk

Depending on the SW Release, the best you can do is flash the ALARM indicator on the SC1000's screen.
The audible alarms only appy to the 911 and lockout alarms!

You can also make it print on the Call Accounting printer.

IF you have a proper sub-attendant, you can program the alarm on a button there, giving a brighter visual indicator. (still no audible)
