Can't beleive this thing is still running. anyway when a room dials 0 when the system is in night 1 the call does not ring anywhere. No ringback tone in the handset of the room phone. If the system is in day service it rings the console as it should. Where is this programmed?

1. dial *30
2. press night 1 or night 2 button
3. dial the extension number or point you want the console to go to.
4. dial # to enter
5. press release

to delete the assignment
1. dial *30
2. press night 1 or night 2 button
3. dial ##
4. press release

hope this works for you

Yes, that worked. Is there a way to set a room to INT, LOCAL or LD like the current software? Reading through documentation I have only found room status settings that will either allow any call or restrict to internal calls.

if my memory serves me right the answer is no. I believe it is controlled outgoing restiction and therefore all outgoing calls are restricted with the "room restrict" function key.

Panda is right. All or None. Room condition controls it.

But then that extension is IC only. He wants the console to have control of the extension as if the system were a 200D and up, or SX50. I think that was possible with the DEAN 318, but those are hard to find, not supported, and semi-illegal.

the 200A was a great switch but maybe time to upgrade to something from this century
