Need to know if it is possible to change the outbound caller ID from 3 IP phones to show the name of the hotel and not the main number. Any help would be appreciated because I am out of ideas :-)

Well I guess they want the name of the hotel to show up on caller ID system wide not just on these 3 IP phones. Can that be done in the 3300. My guess it will be the carrier.

i believe that is the Carrier issue
