Hi I mainly work on Nortel and Avaya IP Office but I had a client with an emergency with their analog lines. We went to 10 digit dialing and now they can not use their Supersets or the SuperConsole 1000 to make calls. The guest rooms with their analog sets are fine just the office. Is there any help I can get to program int the 10 dialing and also the toll free prefixes that seem to not be working like 855,888,899 etc? They are in a areal bind.

Thanks!

What you would be getting into with programming could be very complex if you are not familiar with the SX-200. Routing, restrictions, etc. are not a simple matter. You should call a certified Mitel tech. I'm sure there is one local there in Vegas.

There are several programming areas associated with toll restrictions, modified digit dialing and class restrictions. It is beyond the scope of this forum to try and walk you through all the necessary programming required. Contacting a local Mitel dealer is the best advice we can offer.
