I can log into Mitel Online, navigate through to software downloads for Mitel 5000 for example, pick a file and when I pick either of the options for "I agree" whether using the download manager or http - I get a pop up saying "access denied" That I do not have permission to access the server.
Ever have that?
I've had Mitel in my PC and they haven't figured it out yet.
They are trying but I remember this happened to me a year or so ago and I spent a few hours uninstalling IE, playing with the settings within IE and got it to work again, then I forgot all about it.
It does this whether I am at home or at work, through Chrome or IE.
I found a work around. You can delete this thread if you'd like
