have an mitel sx 20 ,help program 911 calls without the using access code 9

Many Older PBX Systems such as Mitel SX20 SX100 SX200 Analog and some SX50's only allow for 9+911. Time to buy a new system.

Is it possible to set up SX50 to dial 911 without dialing a 9?
i.e. 9911. register 700 seems to not take less that 4 digits

Enter digits dialed in 700, modify in 752. Don't forget 701,750,and 751.

The SX20 was a great system in it's day. I installed lots in the early 1980s. Don't think there are any around in my part of the world. The only thing I have now is this PDF for the general description.
