When a call rings in it shows up as the DID that the customer called. After they answer then it shows the Callers information. Is there a way to have it show the Callers info instead of the DID while it is ringing?
I believe after 2 rings the CID gets passed to the PBX. I don't think there is any way to change that.

Do you have these COS options enabled: Trunk 811, 800, set 613, 502?
Don't enable COS option 800 on PRI!
Set COS option 613 was disabled but 502 was enabled. Trunk COS option 801 is enabled and 800 is disabled. I enabled 613 and will see what happens thanks!
