I have a customer that claims they used to be able to pick up held calls from their BLF/DSS buttons. So the button worked as a BLF/DSS and also if the call was placed on hold from the extension the button was programmed for they could also press this and pick it up. Has anyone seen this before?

I actually figured this one out. Form 4 option 35!
