Hi folks. It has been a while since I've posted on this board. I'm searching for answers and MiCloud customer support is not very responsive today.

We have a few test sites that we switched to MiCloud. We want to be able to use a SNOM PA1 instead of the Grandstream ATAs for paging and overhead ringing. However, I haven't been able to get the SNOM to register.

The majority of our sites use the legacy Shoretel Sky platform(Mitel). All you have to do is to put the instance/cluster IP in the registrar and the account/password of the Shortel profile. This works flawlessly every time.

Any tips on how to get the SNOM to work with MiCloud?

We have done some random 3rd party integrations.

Usually we use

1 + the 10-digit phone number, followed by @3psbc.sky.shoretel.com for the address. If you have a dedicated field for the Server IP Address use 3psbc.sky.shoretel.com, and then that part is needed in the device address. I have also seen were 3rd party devices wont resolve, so you can use 66.11.214.73

Enter 1 + the 10-digit phone number for authentication ID

and the Vmail Password as the Authentication password.

Some devices go right to work, others don't Creston devices for example require a specific user build.

The voicemail password is also not the password that you need to put in for the device to register (I know this seems obvious, but I was hands on site for an install and they gave me the voicemail password, not the registration password.)
